Special Conditions

  • Minimum direct debit period is 6 months. Cancellation of service prior to 6 months will incur a bulk fee of the remaining months left in that initial 6 month period.

  • No pause periods apply.

  • 30 day cancellation period applies post initial 6 month period.

Additional Fees

Admin/Set Up Fee : $2.20 (Once only per new customer)

Bank Account Transaction Fee: $0.99 (Bank, Cheque, Credit Union or Building Society account)

Credit Card Transaction Fee: 1.99% (min $0.99) (Visa and MasterCard)

Credit Card Transaction Fee: 2.70% (min $0.99) (American Express)

Min Monthly Fee: $27.90 (waived) (If Applicable)

 Please note:

  • the transaction fee applies whether the transaction is successful or not

  • credit card fee has a minimum charge, equal to the bank account transaction fee

  • Failed Payment Fee of $9.90 is payable by customer
